We were bored last night (at least I was, between numerous AVs to farm as much honor as I can before Season 4 hits tomorrow) so we decided to make a little trip into horde territory to mingle with the enemy and to put out their flames for the Midsummer Fire Festival. The party was made of me (the sexy Shadow Priest), Revlon (the I-heal-all Holy Paladin), Luth (the 400+ Resi Rogue) and Emilyc (the I-should-level-faster slacking Rogue).

First stop was Undercity. Quite a friendly bunch of people there. Only met a few low levels at the entrance and decided to kill them to draw a little attention. While waiting we took some nice pictures:

Apparently, us sitting in the throne kind of pissed them off and soon after a Mage and Shadow Priest made their appearance. Unlucky, because we quickly got rid of them. They were followed by 2 Rogues and a Discipline Priest. At this point, we decided to make our exit, not before we got your arses ganked like there’s no tomorrow.

After a few corps running, we took the zeppelin to Orgrimmar where we met some really interesting people dueling at the front gates. I kindly walked /waving and /welcoming everyone, but some trigger-happy 12 year old kids decided we suck so I took my revenge SW: Ding a few duel losers. Fun I tell you!

Not fun was the distance we needed to travel from the GY back to Orgrimmar! I mean, seriously, what’s up with that? It’s like half of Durotar.

After ressing, we all decided to wear something fancy and make peace with out friends. Revlon put on his farmer costume, Luth his wedding dress, Emily hers Tuxedo set and I was left with nothing but my cape and pants, showing off my incredibly sexy Draenei physique. To our surprise, that didn’t impress them for a bit so they decided to level us to the ground.

Disappointed, we quickly made an exit for Crossroads where we killed every player and NPC we could find, including the Flight Master. Then decided it was time for a little brake so we made a lovely picnic:

In the mean while, hordes were gathering alerted by our presence. To make a long story short, they ganked us again. And again. And then some more. Until Luth managed to HS and queued us for AV, putting an end to a very interesting and lovely night.
