Patch 3.1 Protection Paladin Specs and Glyphs

]]> The patch is up, the specs are these:

Prot Pala spec 1

Prot pala spec 2

Prot pala spec 3 (added 4/17)

Prot pala spec 4 (added 4/18, suggested by Gymal) — mana regen and mana conservation, improved heals, helping DPS out
