I was MT of the guild for 1 year, then offtank and i can honestly say it was like having a second job. we raided monday->friday from 9pm to 2am. now i quit this job, i`m just offtank/dps and i enjoy it more. You need to be available and think that if you don`t show up the raid may as well go to hell if you are the only well equipped MT in the guild.
