Tip: Making money with cooking

I’ve been doing the daily Cook­ing quest every­day and always chose Crate of Meat as the reward and I got some really inter­est­ing, unique and rare recipes. These include: Storm­chops, Kibler’s Bits and Deli­cious Choco­late Cake.

But what is impor­tant for us is Deli­cious Choco­late Cake. Let’s sum­ma­rize the ingredients:

Sim­ple flour x8 = 40c
Ice Cold Milk x4 = 1s
Mild Spices = 40c
Small Egg x8 = FREE if you farm them (I got about 50 in 30 min­utes) or 1g 20s
Flask of Port x1 = 1s 25c
Mageroyal x3 = 15s

Total: ~1g 40s (~18s if you farm the Small Egg)

Note: prices are taken from ven­dor prices on wowhead.com and the Auc­tion House of the [EU]Karazhan — Alliance server.

OK, so this gives us Deli­cious Choco­late Cake x1.

Sell­ing this on the Auc­tion House: 9 — 10g. So that’s a profit of about 7 — 8g. It’s not much but if you can earn them so easy, why not do it?

Yes, prices will drop when more peo­ple get this recipe, but until then, enjoy your profit!
